Looks like next summer SR 103 - I-75 overpass upgrade coming
The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to repair concrete pavements along ramp sections at the Interstate 75 interchange with state Route 696 and at the state Route 696 interchange with U.S. 30 in Allen County near the Village of Beaverdam.
Some concrete pavement repair work will take place along state Route 696 near the Interstate 75 interchange with state Route 696. Weekend closures of these ramps are expected and vehicle traffic will be detoured during closures. State Route 696 will remain open to traffic as the repairs to concrete pavement are being completed.
This project will also include repairs to concrete pavements near the top of the Interstate 75 northbound exit ramp to state Route 103 (Bentley Road) in Allen County near the Village of Bluffton. Temporary closure of this ramp section is expected and vehicle traffic will be detoured.
Traffic on state Route 103 (Bentley Road) will be maintained during construction via flaggers or a temporary traffic signal.
Construction for this project is anticipated to occur in the summer of 2018.
Written comments regarding these projects may be sent to: Ohio Department of Transportation District 1, Attn: Nate Tessler, 1885 N. McCullough Street, Lima, Ohio 45801; or to [email protected]
