Men's Soccer drops finale 2-0 at Transylvania

LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Transylvania University men's soccer team scored two quick goals and held off visiting Bluffton for a 2-0 victory on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017. Bluffton finished its season at 1-16 overall and 1-8 in the Heartland Conference, while Transy takes its 15-1 mark (8-1 HCAC) into the conference tournament as the #1 seed.
The Pioneers piled up a 35-1 edge in shots as well as 13-1 on corner kicks. Freshman keeper Levi Smith (Bluffton) finished with eight saves for the Beavers.
Bluffton would like to thank seniors Blake Hershberger (Canton/McKinley) and Adam Knott (Lima/Shawnee) for all their work over the past four years!
