Bluffton improved to 2-1 on the season with a 71-49 victory at USV. BHS led 34-13 at halftime after outscoring USV 15-4 in the second quarter.
Four Lady Pirates scored in double figures for a balanced attack. Alivia Koenig scored 15 including four 3’s, Averey Rumer and Libby Schaadt each score 13 and Katie Prater 12. Kayla White led the team in rebounding from her guar position with 7. Ashley Eachus and Schaadt nabbed 6 each with Rumer and Prater collecting 5. As a team, BHS outboarded USV 42-32.

Bluffton shot 44% from the field compared to 35% for the Rams. Bluffton forced 22 turnovers while only giving up the ball 12 times.
The Pirates are now 2-1 on the season and take to the road again Saturday traveling to Fort Jennings for a Saturday afternoon contest.
