Hunter named HCAC Player of the Week

BLUFFTON, Ohio - Senior ANDREW HUNTER (Arlington) has been named the Heartland Conference Player of the Week after leading the Beavers to a thrilling 86-83 overtime win at Franklin College on Saturday, Dec. 16.
Hunter knocked down 7-of-12 from the field, including a blistering 5-of-10 from distance for a career-high shattering 25 points in Bluffton's 86-83 OT win at Franklin. He finished with three steals, three rebounds and two assists.
The senior captain is putting up double figures (10.3 PPG) on 28-of-53 (52.8 percent) from the field. Hunter has been nearly perfect at the charity stripe (11-of-12) while dialing up 15-of-34 (44.1 percent) from distance.
Bluffton travels to Hiram College on Wednesday, Dec. 20, for a non-conference matchup with the Terriers. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.
