Mike Diller takes over ownership of Diller Flooring and Interiors
Mike Diller, who has spent more of his working life in the flooring business, will take over ownership of Diller Flooring and Interiors, operated since 2009 by his parents Dan and Lori Diller, who are retiring.
Mike said that the business name and hours will remain the same. He plans to continue all of the products and brand names already serviced by the 119 N. Main St., business.
Diller Flooring and Interiors offers carpets, hardwood flooring, tile, custom blinds and paint, which include many familiar brand names.
“I’m certainly not new to the business,” he said. “I’ve been involved in flooring my entire life.” And, he has worked in the store with his parents since 2012.
He said that Beckie Shepler is now working part-time with him. Her parents, Roger and Jo Edwards, owned Edwards Decorating Store, which the Dillers’ purchased upon the Edwards’ retirement.
Steve Angel continues as the carpet and floor installer according to Mike.
Business hours are Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon. The business phone number is 419-358-4545.
