BFR invites you to a coffee walk
The coffee is on at Bluffton Family Recreation.
Amy Byers, BFR sports coordinator, invites Icon viewers to drop in at BFR on Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
That’s when Coffee Walks take place. The coffee and walks are free to BFR members and track pass holders. Twisted Whisk Café sponsors the coffee.
Coffee walks take place each Thursday through the end of March. And, there more than just free coffee at BFR this winter. Check out the adult winter fitness class schedule attached at the bottom of this story.
Classes range from total body conditioning, all-star workout, water exercise, SilverSneakers, cardio and strength, and Yoga.
BFR is a 215 Snider Road.
