A deal you can hardly refuse
The Icon announces a special offer to area church groups, service clubs and community organizations interested in promoting their events with an extra boost.
A $25 special package available to community groups comes with the following benefits:
• An 8 ½ by 11 inch full-color display ad posted for 7 days. The ad is printer-friendly and rotates on the Icon home page
• A story promoting the event
• The event posted on the Icon calendar
• The event listed on the Icon’s classified page under “Events of Interest” (the post continues until the event takes place)
• A Icon Facebook post (we have over 3,000 Facebook followers)
• Event promoted on the Icon’s scrolling marquee at the top of the home page, which includes a link to the event story
This offers works well to promote such events at: barbecues, spaghetti dinners, pancake breakfasts, silent auctions, garage sales, golf outings, ice cream socials, quilt raffles, 50/50 drawings, 5 K runs, bake sales, concerts or any fund-raiser or special event.
Viewers need not worry – this offer does not change the Icon's free story posting policy. And, the Icon will continue to post stories for free.
The $25 special offer enables groups to promote their event “with an extra boost” in a very affordable way.
A flyer attached at the bottom provides more details.
