Kassandra Bishop, a Bluffton High School senior, is the Bluffton Icon's artist of the month.

She has taken photography classes.

After high school she plans to attend Malone University to study Zoo and Wildlife Biology.

About photography, she said, "I enjoy photography because I love capturing memories and experimenting with different angles and moods I can show in my photos.

"I have always loved taking pictures but it wasn’t until I took photography class that I really had the resources to take it on a more professional route. This past Christmas I got a Nikon D 3400 and I’m excited to continue using it long after I graduate."
