23 rain barrels in Watershed Partnership contest
Eight area high schools entered 23 decorated rain barrels in this Blanchard River Watershed Partnership contest.
The rain barrels were on display at the Findlay Village Mall during the car show on Feb. 16-18. The BRWP paid $825 back to the schools in the form of prize money. The winning barrels were:
