Gregory Kiene was a quality control specialist at Tower Automotive
Gregory James Kiene, 64, of Russells Point and formerly of Bluffton, died March 9, 2018, at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. Greg was born Aug. 5, 1953 in Bluffton to James and Cathryn "Cassie” (Diller) Kiene. On Aug. 5, 2002, he married Karen Moser Kiene who survives.
Greg graduated from Pandora-Gilboa High School. He was a quality control specialist at Tower Automotive in Bluffton.
Survivors also include his father, James Kiene of Columbus Grove; a daughter, Tiara Kiene of Findlay; a step-daughter, Krystle (Scott) Slaughterbeck of Bluffton; a step-son, Kelly Scott (Michelle Lawrence) Bolin of Ada; four grandchildren, Malachi Pahl, Genevieve Gatchel, McKenzie Bolin, Makenna Bolin; two brothers, Steve (Valerie) Kiene of Columbus Grove, Joe (Deb) Kiene of Bluffton and several nieces and nephews.
Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Cathryn "Cassie" Kiene, and an infant granddaughter, Makayla Bolin.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 - 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
