In addition to the new look and menu, the Bistro can be reserved for special events. Catering is also a Bistro feature.
“As our new name indicates – it’s based on Psalm 23 – we’ll also offer a special menu of dining with God,” Heather said. “This menu, to be revealed soon, will include foods that Jesus ate including figs and dates. It will be very special.”
Bistro staff
Assisting Heather includes Michael Kingsley, chef; Tamar Augsburger, head waitress; Dennis Ellerbrock, pastry; Riana Sturgeon and Cory Frey, servers; Sherry Below, kitchen; and Linda Hollingsworth, who, according to Heather, “does a bit of everything else.”
