Chair Yoga classes offered by BFR
Bluffton Family Recreation will offer a chair yoga class this spring instructed by Janette Reineke. Sign up is now underway and the day and time of the class is to be determined, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.
"Chair yoga is a practice made up of simple exercises," said Reineke. "Participants can do these to help strengthen and stretch your body while focusing on your mind and help you tap into your breath."
She added: "All you need is your body, your breath, your willingness and a chair. You will feel better, sleep better, reduce your stress and have more fun, energy and stamina."
Watch the Icon for date and time of the class or call BFR at 419-358-4150 for more details.
