Grob files building permit announcing a $10 million construction
A building permit filed with the village by Grob Industries shows that a $10 million new building is going up at Grob this spring.
That permit was the largest of 14 building permits filed in the first three months of 2018.
So far this year, $11,313,309 in new construction is underway in the village. Of that figure, approximately $1 million is in residential construction.
The building permit list is part of the Monday Bluffton council packet. The packet is attached at the bottom of this story and the list of building permits is also attached.
