2018 village appropriations lists income at $2.9 million
Bluffton council passed its 2018 appropriations on Monday. They now go to the Allen County Commissioners.
The appropriations, part of the village budget process, list estimated general fund income at $2,962,386. It lists estimated general fund expenses at $4,029,886. A carry-over from 2017 should make up the different between these two line items.
The 13-appropriations lists every anticipated expense in the village in 2018.
Among those categories are fire street and lighting, rescue, county health district, mosquito control, cultural affairs, swimming pool, sidewalks, airport, mayor and administrative, fiscal officer, land and building, economic development, income tax administration and several additional items.
