West Elm Street improvement public meeting
Village of Bluffton will hold a public meeting on West Elm Street improvements at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, in the third floor of the town hall, according to Jesse Blackburn, assistant village administrator.
The following letter was sent to property owners affected:
This letter is to invite you to a public meeting to present the design of the W. Elm St. Improvements Project prepared by Choice One Engineering. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18. The following agenda will be used to guide the discussion:
• A presentation and explanation of the prepared design will be given. A description of the road reconstruction process will be provided along with projected timelines.
• Choice One will present a handout to each property owner depicting the improvements as they relate to the property in question.
• The option to have the project assessed to property taxes and associated costs will be reviewed.
• Resident questions.
