Tournament time for spring Pirate teams

The spring sports season finally heated up and just in time for tournament action to start! Here's where the Pirates will be lining up in the OHSAA fields over the next few weeks :
Softball: Hosts Spencerville Tuesday May 8, at 5 p.m.
The Bearcats defeated the Pirates 9-2 earlier this season BHS will be looking for revenge. Bluffton is on a hot streak, winning nine straight games coming into the contest.
Baseball: Travel to Paulding Wednesday. May 9.
Bluffton will seek to turn around an 11-1 defeat at Paulding earlier this season.
Tennis Sectionals at UNOH courts May 10 and May 12.
Senior Justin Haggard is the overall #1 seed for the Division II sectional tournament
Track & Field: NWC Championships at Spencerville May 10 and May 12, Districts at Findlay May 17 and May 19
BHS will look to continue historical excellence in both the Northwest Conference championships and the district meet. The top 4 in each event advance from districts onto regionals which will be held at Tiffin Columbian.
