Boys' tennis: Justin Haggard sets single-season win record

(LIMA) - With a position secured at next week’s District Meet, senior tennis player Justin Haggard went to task locking down a sectional crown.
Haggard easily got by Van Wert’s Michael Etter by a sore of 6-0, 6-2 putting him into the finals. There he dropped a hard fought match to Shawnee’s Jackson Schaaf 7-6 (3), 6-1.
Justin is now 20-2 on the season which is a new Bluffton single season win record for the boys tennis program. The district tournament will be later this week at Bowling Green.
