First Interstate 75 mainline traffic shift occurs Monday night
The southbound lanes of Interstate 75 between county Road 99 and U.S. 224, within the city of Findlay, will be shifted overnight Monday, July 2, into the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 3.
Both lanes of Interstate 75 southbound in that area are currently located toward the center of the highway, next the median. Monday night’s traffic shift will move them to the right, allowing traffic to travel on the two outside lanes. Access to all Findlay exits from Interstate 75 southbound will be maintained.
The southbound lanes are being shifted in preparation for the shift of the northbound lanes. In the coming weeks, both lanes of Interstate 75 northbound will be shifted to the southbound side of the highway to allow for work to continue on the northbound side.
