Officers responded to the 400 block of Cherry Street in reference to a civil complaint.
Officers arrested a Marysville, Ohio, resident for possession of illegal narcotics following a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Main Street. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
July 2
Officers arrested Corey J. Thayer, 21, Beaverdam, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Interstate 75 and Bentley Road. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
July 3
Officers responded to a noninjury traffic crash near the intersection of Cherry Street and Main Street.
July 4
Officers took a stolen motor vehicle complaint from a Cherry Street resident.

July 7
Officers responded to the 500 block of North Main Street in reference to a domestic dispute.
July 9
Officers responded to the 100 block of North Main Street in reference to a non-injury traffic crash. Herma L. Ward, 90, Findlay, Ohio was issued a citation for improper starting and backing.
July 10
Officers took a theft complaint from an East Jefferson Street resident.
July 11
Officers responded to Interstate 75 northbound at mile marker 140 for a non-injury traffic crash.
July 14
Officers arrested Charissa L. O’Connell, 29, Bluffton, on an outstanding warrant through the Findlay Police Department.
Officers took a theft complaint from a Jenera resident.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of College Avenue at County Line Road. Investigating officers requested canine assistance which resulted in a positive alert from the canine. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in a small amount of illegal narcotics being located inside the vehicle.
July 15
Officers responded to the Bluffton Hospital emergency department for a suspicious person.
Officers took a civil report from a Garmatter Street resident.
July 16
Officers arrested Christopher T. Boneta, 29, Cridersville, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Main Street for an equipment violation. During the traffic stop, investigating officers were granted permission to search the vehicle, which resulted in illegal narcotics and paraphernalia being located inside. The cases are pending in Lima Municipal Court.
Officers arrested Carson C. Mullen, 32, Bluffton, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the 100 block of State Route 103. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Officers arrested Nicole L. Davis, 44, Bluffton for wrongful entrustment following the aforementioned traffic stop investigation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Officers took a criminal damage report from an East Elm Street resident.

Officers assisted the Michigan State Police in serving a search warrant on a subject at a Bluffton business. Evidence was taken by officers to be transported to the investigating officer of the Michigan State Police.

Officers arrested Heather R. Foust, 27, Lima, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Bentley Road and Interstate 75. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Interstate 75 at Bentley Road. Investigating officers requested canine assistance. A search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of illegal narcotics being located inside the vehicle. The driver, a Campbellsburg, Kentucky, resident, was taken into custody and transported to the Allen County Justice Center for booking. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
July 23
Officers investigated a criminal trespass complaint after witnessing suspicious activity in the area of State Route 103 and Citizens Parkway.
Officers took a theft complaint from an Alger resident.

Officers arrested Jeffery W. Fails, 29, Lima, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of County Line Road and Lake Street. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.

Officers took a civil complaint from a Spencerville resident.

Officers took an identity theft complaint from a Kibler Street resident.
Officers arrested Victor A. Castillo, 26, Pandora, for driving without an operator’s license following a traffic stop in the area of Bentley Road and Polo Drive. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Jefferson Street and Thurman Street. Investigating officers requested canine assistance which resulted in a positive alert from the canine. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in a small amount of illegal narcotics being located inside the vehicle.

Officers arrested Freddie D. Jenkins, 31, Alger, on an outstanding warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.
