Bluffton and St Marys each scored a goal in both halves as the teams endured a thrilling finish to draw 2-2 as the 2018 season opened Saturday night.
Bluffton surged ahead with six minutes to go but the visitors responded just over a minute later to even the score.
St. Marys drew first blood, finding the net 13 minutes into the match. Jonathon Schriner scored a breakaway goal off a pass from Luke Young to tie the game with 13:24 left in the half. The game got a bit ragged as three yellow cards were handed out in the first 40 minutes of play.
