The entire Essinger family participated in the Zoom RedHawks Triathlon Festival at Hueston Woods on Aug. 26. This is part of the Ohio triathlon series hosted by Zoom Multisport Racing of Dayton.

Dave and Levin both did the Beginner Triathlon, so that Dave could help Levin through transitions and bike and run, etc.  Levin is a stronger swimmer than Dave.  Beginner Tri was 250 meter swim, 8 mile bike, and 1.5 mile run.

June did the Sprint Tri which was 750 meter swim, 13 mile bike and 5k run.
Alice did the Olympic Tri which was 1500 meter swim, 23 mile bike and 10k run.
