Lisa Rettig named senior vice president at Citizens National Bank
Lisa Rettig has been promoted to senior vice president and director of human Resources at Citizens National Bank, announced J. Michael Romey, president and CEO.
In her HR role, Rettig is responsible for directing human resource activities related to talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training and development of the bank’s staff members.
Rettig’s additional role and responsibilities include the administration of both the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and Citizens Bancshares, Inc. transactions.
“Lisa’s extensive knowledge in the HR field, coupled with her business management and financial experience will be extremely advantageous for both CNB and our employees as she joins our senior management team,” said Romey.
She is a certified professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). She received her certification from the HR Certification Institute with a PHR designation, and is a graduate of Rhodes State College. She is also affiliated with Findlay Area Human Resource Association (FAHRA). Lisa and her husband live in Lima and are members of St. Charles Parish.
With offices in Bluffton, Celina, Defiance, Elida, Findlay, Lima, Springfield, Van Wert and Toledo, Citizens National Bank has assets totaling more than $800 million and has been serving the communities of West Central Ohio since 1920.
