Women’s golfers shoot a 448 at Heidelberg
The Bluffton University women's golf team shot a 448 for the second consecutive day at the Heidelberg Fall Invite on Sunday, Sept. 16.
Abby Bullion (Bellevue, Ohio) paced the Beavers with a 107 for a 217 on the weekend. Keely Briggs (Franklin, Ohio) continued her hot play with a 108, giving her a team-best 210 at Heidelberg. A 15-stroke improvement for Kourtney Kretschmar (127-112) added up to a 239, while Brylee Oberdorf (Green Springs, Ohio/Clyde) carded a 230 for the tournament.
Bluffton returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 22, when the women host the 2nd annual Beaver Fall Classic. Day one is at the Bluffton Golf Club with Sunday's action at the Hidden Creek Golf Club.
