Golf: Boys' and girls' teams third at Allen East Invite

Both boys and girls golf teams finished third at the Allen East Invitational held Saturday at Sycamore Springs Golf Course. Golfers finished 18 holes rather than the typical 9 in windy conditions.
The Pirate boys shot a 371 finishing behind Van Buren (352) and Upper Scioto Valley (362). No individual results have been made available.
Alivia Koenig finished fifth overall leading the girls team to a third place finish. Lima Central Catholic won the girls event at 327, followed by Toledo Notre Dame at 356 and Bluffton at 410.
Again, no individual scores have been made available at this time.
