BHS boys' soccer teams collecting donations for food pantry Thursday
The Bluffton HS boys' soccer team will collect food and supplies for the Bluffton Food Pantry at Steinmetz soccer field on Thursday, Oct. 11.
The collection takes place during the JV and varsity games against Allen East.
The JV game starts at 4:50 p.m. and the varsity game is at 7 pm. The Bluffton Food Pantry, located in the basement of St. John’s United Church of Christ, regularly serves over 50 families in the Bluffton area.
It is currently low on the following items:
canned fruit,
canned meat,
paper towels,
Kleenex,
mac & cheese, cereal,
chili beans,
health and beauty items.
Thursday's game includes parent's night recognition, which takes place between the JV and varsity games.
