Maple Grove trustees ask persons to remove shepherd hooks
"Due to time constraints maintaining Maple Grove Cemetery the village will enforce the rules and regulations of the trustees of Maple Grove Cemetery and the Bluffton council," Bernadine Ludwig, cemetery sexton, told The Icon on Monday.
"All shepherd hooks must be removed. There will be no exceptions for these hooks to remain on stones, gravesites or foundations," she said.
If you would like assistance in the removal of the hooks contact Ludwig, at 419-358-9501, or the village office at 419-358-2066.
She added that village staff will remove any decorations that do not meet the standards of Maple Grove Cemetery’s rules and regulations book.
