Bluffton Family Recreation now has two certified TRX Sports Medicine trainers, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.
The two, Jamie Nygaard and Britny Zwiebel, advanced from their previous TRX qualifications to the trainer level with classwork taken this summer.

In mid-August BFR opened its Mercy Health Fitness Studio in the former mezzanine area overlooking the indoor soccer court. TRX classes are held in the studio.
