University senior to share internship experiences
Becca Starn ’18 will present “From Kitchen to Corporate: My Internship at One of the Country’s Favorite Restaurants” during an 11 a.m. Forum on Tuesday, Nov. 6, in the Reading Room of Musselman Library.
Starn, a native of Findlay, Ohio, will graduate in December 2018 from Bluffton University as a food and nutrition and psychology double major. During the presentation she will share about experiences during her eight-week internship in Tennessee at Cracker Barrel’s corporate headquarters.
The competitive paid program allowed Starn to explore four different departments at the Lebanon, Tenn., facility and gain experience in a variety of aspects of the business from quality assurance to nutritional analysis.
