MHCO hosts pastor appreciation luncheon
Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio (MHCO) hosted its annual Pastor Appreciation Luncheon at Maple Crest Senior Living Village on Oct. 18.
Elders invited their pastors and sat with them for the meal. In all, 23 pastors attended, and the Patio Room at Maple Crest was at capacity.
According to Chris Moser, director of resource development and church relations, the purpose of the luncheon was to honor pastors for their dedication to MHCO elders and their families. “Pastors are a great source of support and comfort for our elders,” Moser said.
MHCO has been hosting these Pastor Appreciation Luncheons for more than 10 years. The event alternates locations that also include Mennonite Memorial Home and Hilty Home in Pandora. For more information on services provided by MHCO, call 419-358-1015 or visit mhcoliving.org
