Sign-up underway for popular fall-winter youth programs
Sign-up is underway for several popular youth programs at Bluffton Family Recreations, 215 Snider Road, fall and winter schedule, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

School Day Out Camp
Two School Day Out Camp take place. The first is during S.T.E.M. Week, Nov. 19, 20, 21, 23. The second is Winter Wonderland Week, Dec. 21, 26, 27 and 28. Camps are held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $15 per day for members and $30 per day for program participants.
Pancakes and Pajamas Kid’s Night Out
Set for Friday, Dec. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m., kid’s night out is open to youth ages 4 to 12. Youth ages 3 and under are welcome if parents or caregivers accompany the children during the event. Cost is $10 for members and $20 for program participants. The evening includes crafts, activities, games and pancakes.
Tip Off Festival
Fifth and sixth grade boys’ and girls’ basketball games take place this winter with a Tuesday, Nov. 25 registration deadline. Three games are guaranteed and this is not a tournament. Each game has 10-minutes halves. Games are played on Saturday, Dec. 8. Entry fee is $75.

Girls’ leagues take place from Jan. 13 to Feb. 24. Cost is $175 per team with a $50 deposit to hold a spot in the league. Sign-up deadline is Saturday, Dec. 22.

Boys’ and girls’ leagues take place from Jan. 12 to Feb. 23. Cost is $175 per team with a $50 deposit to hold a spot in the league. Sign-up deadline is Saturday, Dec. 22.
