New owners of 103 N. Main St. building
Bill and Chris Gable of Lone Palm Real Estate, LLC, of Bluffton are in the final stages of purchasing a Main Street storefront, at 103 N. Main St.
The building for many years housed the Bluffton News and Hopscotch Magazine. In 2015, the Edwards family sold the building to Dan and Karen Fredritz, of United Pioneers, LLC. They renovated the building, creating three suites on the ground floor.
Those suites are Wessler Engineering, Studio Silhouette and Bluffton Barbers. Gable intends to relocate his business, Gulf Coast Accounting, into the suite occupied by Wessler Engineering in the rear of 103 N. Main. The engineering firm has plans to relocate elsewhere in Bluffton.
Gulf Coast Accounting, currently in the rear of 141 N. Main St., is an accounting and tax planning company handling work in 22 states for chiropractors, said Gable. He opened the business in 2008.
Bluffton Barbers, operated by Karen Fredritz closed on Saturday, which opens the front suite at 103 N. Main for a business. Gable said that persons interested in the suite should contact him.
