Library offers several holiday activities this week
Several holiday-related activities are on the Bluffton Public Library calendar this week.
Get your craft on for holiday craft festivities on Friday, Dec. 21. Craft stations will be set up around the library and displays will feature material to keep your family creating throughout these colder
The homeschoolers learning libratory is Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m. Homeschooled children ages 4-11 (children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult) will participate in a STEAM program, with this session titled “Winter Wonders.” Registration is required for each session. Watch a holiday movie for all ages on Thursday, Dec. 20, at 3:15 p.m. Cookies and hot chocolate are provided, and no registration is necessary.
Then, after Christmas, on Thursday, Dec. 27, is make cutout snowflakes day. The library will have materials available to craft your own snowflakes.
The library is closed from Saturday, Dec. 22, through Tuesday, Dec. 25, and closes at 5:30 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31. The Ohio Digital Library on the library’s website (or through the Libby or Overdrive apps), is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, even when the library is closed.
