How about that BHS orchestra!
The Bluffton High School String Orchestra earned a "Superior" rating at the Ohio Music Education Association's state orchestra contest on Feb. 22 at Perrysburg High School.
The orchestra performed "Forever Joyful" by Brian Balmages, "Ruminations" by Sean O'Loughlin and "Storm the Gates" by Alan Lee Silva.
The orchestra is under the direction of Rachael E. Lewis and assisted by Debb Herr.
Members are Amanda Speicher, Ana Neufeld Weaver, Zoe Kramer, Kaitlyn Montgomery, Grant Klinger, Gabe Neuenschwander, Theo Andreas, Jonah Rehm, Ellie Wright, Libby Frazier, Melina Meza, Allison Burghaze, Patrick Estell, Anna Knauss, Lauren Gray, Ben Hartzler, Cole Bowers, Grace Paquin, Alyssa Speicher, Amy Jebsen, Will Neff, Lily Shadle, Tucker Neff, Aliana Salazar, Milo Combs, Tayler Nowak Valentine, Justin Bishop, Daniel Siders, Lauren Speicher.
