ODOT and AAA team up for travel night Thursday
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and AAA, Findlay, will jointly host an event to help northwest Ohio motorists plan for future travel.
On Thursday, April 4, at Findlay AAA, 1550 Tiffin Ave., Findlay, the following events will occur:
Representatives from ODOT District 1 and 2 will be available from 3-6 p.m. to share upcoming highway construction work which will affect traffic in northwest Ohio.
Members of the public may come at any time during those hours and learn of planned work occurring this year on area highways.
Visitors to the open house can also experience what it’s like to work on the highway via a headset which visually creates what a highway worker experiences daily.
At 6 p.m., AAA will begin their Travel Night with a presentation from one of their professional travel partners.
