St. Mary's Catholic Christian Preschool staff set
St. Mary’s Catholic Christian Preschool, which will open in early September, has announced its staff.
Katie Hohenbrink will serve as director and head teacher. Amanda Stechschulte will serve as teacher’s assistant.
Hohenbrink holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and previously directed a preschool at St. Augustine in Napoleon. She and her husband, Keith, are parents of four children of their own, two boys and two girls.
Stechschulte holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with mild to moderate special needs and a minor in computers and technology in education. She and her husband, Bob, are parents of four children of their own, two boys and two girls.
The preschool will be in the church at 160 S. Spring St.
“We are a Christian faith-based preschool serving children ages 3 to 5,” said Hohenbrink. “We strive to help your child grew spiritually, academically, socially and physically.”
Four class choices include:
• 3-year-old morning class, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:15 to 11:15 a.m.
• 3-year-old afternoon class, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
In the 3-year-old classes, children must be 3 by Aug. 1, 2019, and fully potty-trained.
• 4-5-year-old morning class, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 8:15 to 11:15 a.m.
• 4-5-year-old afternoon class, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 12:15 to 3:15 p.m.
