Andy Kuhl 1971 - 2019
Andy K. Kuhl of Pickerington, Ohio, died on Aug. 15, 2019, after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife, Janeen, sons, Ian and Gideon, mother, Gertrud Kuhl, and father- and mother-in-law, Dwight and Trella Kauffman, formerly of Bluffton, now of Harrisonburg, Va.
Andy was born in Ephrata, Penn., March 15, 1971. He grew up in Terre Hill. His older brother, Chris, died in 1993. His father, David, died in 2012. His mother now lives in West Liberty, Ohio. Andy’s aunts, Anne Kuhl and Nancy Kuhl, live in Arizona. His cousins, Michael, and wife Gazala Hays, live in Colorado.
Andy and Janeen married in 1997. They came to central Ohio where Janeen started teaching at Bloom Carroll HS and Andy began working at Half Price Books.
A memorial service is at Columbus Mennonite Church, 35 Oakland Park Ave. Columbus, on Saturday, Aug. 24. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:30 p.m., the service will be at 2 p.m. and a reception will follow. Childcare will be provided.
Arrangements are handled by Ferguson Funeral Home, Plain City, Ohio.
