Storyteller/musician performs Saturday at The Quarry Farm
The Quarry Farm Nature Preserve & Conservation Farm, rural Pandora, hosts an evening of music in the gardens on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Russ Gibson, a veteran performer, will strike a common chord with his storytelling, vocals and guitar performed for listeners of all ages.
Alongside the music, a vegetarian and vegan feast will be available, prepared by Steven Coburn-Griffis.
Gibson has served as a state park ranger, preserve manager and statewide program administrator. In addition to his visit with The Quarry Farm, Gibson has performed at several state parks, Red, White and Boom, the Columbus Music in the Air series, the Columbus Arts Festival and other venues.
The concert will take place 1/8 mile north of 14321 Road 7L, Pandora. Admission to the event is free; tax-deductible donations are welcome. For more information visit www.thequarryfarm.org.
