Sophomore Kylie Stackhouse 1st team All-NWC spiker

DELPHOS - Bluffton sophomore hitter Kylie Stackhouse was named first team All-Northwest Conference in voting by league coaches conducted recently at their annual meeting in Delphos.
The athletic Stackhouse led the Lady Pirates in kills and blocks. Bluffton finished 4-4 (tied for fourth) in the nine-team NWC and is 12-11 overall heading into the sectional finals.
Versatile Pirate junior Taylor Schwab was named second team all-conference. Schwab finished second for Bluffton in kills and digs.
Pirate sophomore setter Skyler Scoles led the team in assists and was named honorable mention all-league.
Lincolnview junior Madison Williams was voted the 2019 Northwest Conference Player of the Year at the meeting of conference coaches.
Williams edged out Crestview's Lexi Gregory and teammate Kendall Bollenbacher, who finished second and third respectively, in the balloting.
JaNahn Evans of league champion Lincolnview was voted NWC Coach of the Year by her peers. Lincolnview (20-2) finished the regular season with an 8-0 NWC record, just ahead of rival Crestview (7-1). Columbus Grove finished third at 5-3.
