Senior Center memorial service Nov. 11
Bluffton Senior Citizens Association will hold a memorial service for its members who have died in the past 12 months. The remembrance is part of the association’s annual meeting at 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at the Senior Citizens Center, 132 N. Main St.
The meeting includes an election of new board members. Three will be elected from a list of five candidates: Phyllis George, David Herr, Mar Ann Gallant, Wade Oberly, and Bev Baxter.
Three members who turn 90 in November will receive life memberships. They are Bruno Maroscher, Sara Jane Amstutz and Marian Kissling.
The meeting is catered by Pandora’s Lunch Box and the menu is baked steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and cupcakes. Tickets are $10 and reservations must be made by Nov. 6.
