Transylvania picked to win HCAC men’s bball race
In a vote amongst league coaches, Transylvania University was picked to lead the pack in the 2019-20 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Basketball race, receiving 95 points, and six first place nods.
The Pioneers bested reigning HCAC Champs, Hanover College (83 points), the polls second place finisher who also received one first place vote. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology came in third with 73 points, and also received one first place vote, narrowly edging out Franklin College, who scored 72 to take fourth. Bluffton University rounded out the top half of the poll with 66 points, also earning a first place nod.
