Look out, state finals...here comes Bluffton
There’s a Bluffton Pirates party in Columbus on Sunday and here’s your invitation.
The Bluffton HS boys’ soccer team will face Columbus Wellington School Jaguars in the Division III state finals in the Columbus Crew stadium at 4 p.m.

Here’s some of the fun going on in a pre-game:
• Grilled food will be provided for a tailgate party by the Bluffton Athletic Boosters and the sides by the soccer parents at the stadium. The tailgating begins at 2 p.m. with a cookout for Pirate fans before the 4 p.m. title game.
Here’s a list of community supporters who deserve a big thank you:
• L and K Farms purchased the tickets for the students who rode the student fan bus (grades 7 to 12) to the regional final game in Defiance last weekend.
• First National Bank purchased tickets for the students on the three student fan busses for the state semifinals.
• Family Eye Care, Citizens National Bank, Brad and Erinn Prater and Mid-American Cleaning is paying the admission for the students who ride the student fan busses on Sunday to the state championship game. Anticipating four student fan busses going to Columbus, totally approximately 200 students.
