John Fischbach appointed Team Leader of MHCO
John Fischbach was recently appointed Team Leader of Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio, according to Elizabeth Kelly, board chair. He will also continue in his current role as director of finance.
Fischbach joined the MHCO team as the director of finance on April 25, 2019.
"With MHCO recently entering into a partnership with Brethren Retirement Community, a team leader was needed to coordinate and lead the MHCO leadership team," said Kelly.
"Fischbach's 29 years of long-term care experience made him an excellent choice to help the organization continue to provide care and services to the region’s seniors."
Fischbach’s background includes serving in multiple capacities in the finance department of HCF Management, Inc., from 1996 to 2015.
He then served as chief financial officer of Lima Memorial Hospital from 2015 to 2018. He grew up in Ottoville and lives in Shawnee with his wife and three children.
