BFR's next school break camp is Jan. 20
Several program of interest take place soon at Bluffton Family Recreation, according to Daniel Tinch, executive director.
A school break camp for youth ages 5 to 12 takes place on Monday, Jan. 20, Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The next school break camp is Monday, Feb. 17, Presidents’ Day.
BFR and Bluffton University women’s soccer team host a day camp for players U8 to high school on Monday, Jan. 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. Players will work to develop individual and team skills.
The first of two winter off the wall coed softball tournaments is Saturday, Jan. 18. It is for four men and two women per team. The next tournament is Saturday, Feb. 29. Registration deadline is one week before each tournament.
Adult coed volleyball is from Sunday, Jan. 19, to Feb. 23. Play is Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
Coming in February
A daddy-daughter dance is Saturday, Feb. 22. The evening’s theme is “Frozen.” Girls may invite their father or a special role model to the event. Tickets are $20 per couple for members, $40 per couple for program participants and $5 per additional child.
