Statewide, more than 150 rural, suburban and urban intersections have been for review and safety improvements. Improvements range from signal and signage improvements to a complete intersection redesign.
The state Route 309 intersections with Napoleon and Thayer roads in Allen County were identified on the list as locations where projects held good potential of improving safety.
