Daddy-daughter dance Feb. 22 at BFR
Bluffton Family Recreation’s February programming offers many opportunities for youth and adults, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

Daddy-daughter dance
Elsa's winter wonderland ball takes place Saturday, Feb. 22, at BFR. Tickets are $20 per couple for members and $40 per couple for program participants. Each additional daughter is $5.
It's an evening of "Frozen" enchantment of music, dancing and other fun events. Girls may invite their father or a special role model.
Youth programs
Winter Session 4 includes youth classes from Feb. 1 to Feb. 28.
Those include 14 opportunities for youth ranging from soccer, basketball, Karate (for the entire family), Ninjas, tennis, tumbling, “mad” scientist and homeschool recreation.
A school break camp for youth ages 5 to 12 takes place on Monday, Feb. 17, Presidents’ Day.
U6 indoor soccer takes place from 5 to 6 p.m., Tuesdays, from Feb. 4 to March 3. This includes 10 minut practices followed by four 8-quarters of game play. Volunteer coaches are needed.
Session 3 of indoor soccer takes place from Feb. 10 to March 15. Deadline to register is Sunday, Feb. 2.
Adult programs
Seniors are invited to a 9 a.m. breakfast on the final Tuesday of each month provided by Good Samaritan House, Arlington. This month’s breakfast is Tuesday, Jan. 28.
The next off the wall coed softball tournament is Saturday, Feb. 29. It is for four men and two women per team. Registration deadline is one week before each tournament.
A Sunday, Feb. 16, pickleball tournament is also on the calendar. It has the following divisions:
• Men's and women's singles
• Men's and women's doubles
• Mixed doubles
Deadline to register is Sunday, Feb. 9.
