The Dough Hook now offers curbside service
The Dough Hook, 117 N. Main St., Bluffton, continues to serve customers and now offers curbside pickup and local delivery with orders of $20 or more. The lobby is closed to walk-in customers.
It will work like this:
•Call 419-369-4264 to order what you want. It can even be for a cookie or a donut all the way to a year’s worth of meat.
• We will give you a time frame of when your order will be completed.
• Park outside our door and give us a call to let us know you’re there.
We can receive payment using cash, check or credit card. Slide your window down just enough to slide your method of payment through the window…or we can take a credit card over the phone.
Pop your trunk…and we’ll put your goodies in the trunk. This will avoid any face-to-face contact.
"This past week I’ve had several customers ask if we plan to stay open for the duration of this pandemic," said Marlena Ballinger.
"My answer to this is as long as our staff stays healthy, I plan to be open to serve Bluffton and its surrounding communities with fresh, delicious, high quality food.
"We will continue to offer donuts and cookies, our Amish deli and fresh cut Certified Hereford Beef along with a full line of fresh cut meat.
Our hours will continue to be Tuesday – Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until Noon.
