Stackhouse hammers 16 kills, 7 digs; Schwab 8 kills, 7 digs

BLUFFTON - The host Bluffton girls volleyball team lost in straight sets to non-conference foe Minster Monday night.
Bluffton's record dropped to 12-7 overall with the 25-18, 25-8, 25-18 defeat.
Minster improved to 10-6 with the victory.
Kylie Stackhouse hammered 16 kills and came up with seven digs to pace the Lady Pirates. Taylor Schwab complemented her by compiling eight kills and seven digs.
Cara Young came up with 10 digs. Setter Skyler Scoles passed out 23 assists and hustled up nine digs.
The Pirate junior varsity lost, 2-1.
Bluffton visits always-tough former NWC rival Lima Central Catholic (9-7) Tuesday, October 13. The Pirate spikers host Van Buren (11-7) in another non-league contest Thursday, Oct. 15 in the regular season finale.
