Haleigh Kohli, a Bluffton High School senior, is the Icon's student artist of the month.

Haleigh has taken several art classes including Art One, Design One, Photography, Mural Painting, Advanced Photography and Art Seminar.

Following high school Haleigh's plans to attend the University of Findlay and pursue a career in pharmacy.

Here's how she describes her work in this photo:
"This art project was a self portrait and I decided to combine my two favorite media, acrylic and film," she said. 

"I enjoy art because it allows me to be creative, to bring something interesting into my day-to-day life." Vickie Garmon is the Bluffton High School art teacher.
