Thayne Kleman, Tayton Kleman take first places

LIMA - Led by two individual weight class winners, the Bluffton varsity wrestling squad finished fourth in the 11-team Allen County Invitational meet at Lima Senior Saturday.

Allen East won the meet with 266 points, well ahead of second-place Shawnee (199) and Spencerville (160). Bluffton came in a solid fourth with 134 points.
Tayton Kleman recorded his 100th career win at Bluffton in the 126 lbs. weight class. He pinned Carder Miller of Spencerville at 2:53 to win the 126 lbs. crown.
Thayne Kleman pinned Skyler Kirk of Elida to win the 106 lbs. title match at 3:09.
Chase Miller of Allen East won a majority decision over Pirate Kaden Basil in the 160 lbs. championship bout, 14-6.
Bluffton's Trent Howard pinned Shawnee's Isaiah Meeks at the 40-second mark to take the third-place bout at 195 lbs.
