Ready for kickoff? It's spring football season in Bluffton
Bluffton Beavers season begins on Saturday, March 6, on the road at Manchester.As of March 2, game attendance will be limited to student, faculty and staff members.
In a first for the sport, Bluffton University will play intercollegiate football this spring. Here's the Heartland coaches poll. At the bottom of this story is the Beaver schdule.
In the Spring 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Football preseason poll, Hanover College was slated to repeat as league champions in a vote of conference coaches.
The Panthers picked up a commanding 62 votes to take the first-place slot. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology finished in second with 54 votes, while Mount St. Joseph University was just behind in third with 50 votes. Franklin College rounded out the top half of the poll, picking up 40 votes.
